Bon de délégation
If you have informed your insurance that one of our doctors is your family physician, you must adhere to the insurance principle by consulting your family doctor before seeing a specialist.
If a consultation with a specialist is necessary, request a "bon de délégation" from us, which will validate the specialist's invoice. This way, the expenses will be reimbursed.
If both you and we forget to do this during the consultation, we kindly ask you to request it from us here.
